1. Order Processing and Dispatch

We pride ourselves on fast fulfillment. All orders placed before 4:00 PM (UK Time) Monday through Friday are processed and dispatched on the same day.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM, or on weekends and UK bank holidays, will be processed and dispatched on the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We are pleased to offer Free Next-Day Delivery on all orders.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 1 Business Day

Please note: While our courier provides a next-day service, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be subject to unforeseen carrier delays or extreme weather.

3. International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email at the time of dispatch. This email will contain your courier tracking number so you can monitor your delivery's progress in real-time.
